The Heath Department of Public Safety said law enforcement responded to Rockwall -Heath High School after a report of antisemitic materials displayed on the east side of the building. According to Heath DPS, around 6:40 a.
m. on Saturday, Aug. 16, they responded to the school where"The materials were removed immediately, and an investigation is underway in coordination with Rockwall ISD.""We want to assure our community that we take this incident seriously. We will not tolerate this behavior, and we are committed to holding those responsible accountable. If you have any information that may assist in this investigation, please contact Heath DPS at said,"I stand with our community in firm opposition to any acts of hatred, including the hateful display of flags that were found at Rockwall-Heath High School yesterday morning. We believe in the power of love, unity, and respect for all people, as God calls us to do." Neither the mayor or law enforcement specifically stated what the flags depicted. While there are images circulating on social media, NBC 5 is in the process of confirming the accuracy of the pictures.
