The plan Commissioner Hartwick is referring to is what will happen to the nearly 100 individuals currently estimated to be living in the encampment behind the PennDOT building on Front Street.“The sooner we prepare the better," said Commissioner Hartwick."We think it’s going to be sometime at the end of the year or early 2025 but ultimately there’s no time for us to wait to be able to be coordinated, it cannot be a last-second matter.
