BEAUFORT: A group of security guards here claimed their former employer failed to settle claims of more than RM281,000 in unpaid wages and overtime despite being ordered by the Labour Court to do so.

Muin Kechi, one of the 14 guards assigned at the district hospital, told Daily Express that they had filed for a total claim of RM281,989.72 which involved salaries due after the minimum wage adjustment and overtime pay dating back to May last year.
