The government will set up four mega swabbing centers next week in Metro Manila and Bulacan to boost the country’s capacity to do massive testing for the COVID-19. | CGonzalesINQ
He said buses will ferry those who will be brought to the swabbing centers through the help of the Department of Transportation. The specimens will be sent to COVID-19 testing laboratories.

Earlier, the Philippine Red Cross opened two molecular laboratories in its office in Mandaluyong City. The laboratories can run up to 8,000 tests per day. The Philippine Red Cross-Molecular Laboratory in Clark, Pampanga meanwhile will have three polymerase chain reaction machines, capable of conducting up to 1,500 tests per day once fully operational.
