Sharing a video to his 40 million followers on TikTok, the celebrity chef, 57, appeared slightly shaken as he revealed he nearly died while on a bike ride. ‘This week, unfortunately, I had a really bad accident, and it really shook me, and honestly, I’m lucky to be here,’ the former Hell’s Kitchen star said.
It remains unclear how the chef will celebrate Father’s Day this year, however, it is likely to be a special day spent with his six children: Megan, 26, twins Holly and Jack, 24, Matilda, 22, Oscar, 5, and seven-month-old Jesse. The celebrity chef said the accident has left him looking like a ‘purple potato’ Jesse’s birth was a surprise to fans after Ramsay’s wife, Tana, 49, kept her pregnancy a secret for the entire nine months.
