GOP Congressman files articles of impeachment against VP Kamala Harris

A Tennessee Republican has filed articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris.

President-elect Kamala Harris is sworn in as the 49th US Vice President by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 in Washington. against Vice President Kamala Harris, citing her record on immigration and “breach of public trust” regarding President Joe Biden’s physical and mental health.

Congressman Andy Ogles has previously introduced articles against Harris regarding immigration and lack of border control but added clauses related to Biden after the president exited the 2024 race and endorsed Harris. Ogles said Harris had “willfully disregarded her oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and “ignored her responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States and protect the American people.”“On her watch, every single town has become a border town.
