Goodwill of the Finger Lakes annual Sustainability Under the Stars summer social showcased designers that featured upcycled fashion found in local Goodwill stores. – The Goodwill of the Finger Lakes served sustainable styles for a good cause at the Rochester Museum and Science Center on Friday night.
"Fashion contributes to a lot of waste in the world," explained Jen Lake, president and CEO of Goodwill of the Finger Lakes. "If you can buy something secondhand, you're really being part of the solution to help the world, your community, programs that help your neighbors or maybe even your own family."
