A golf day fundraiser for the victims of the Plantation gas tanker explosion raised R121 000.

Aida Boksburg, in partnership with Tuckers Attorneys, Hammond Pole Attorneys and Nedbank, held the charity golf day on March 28.

“We would like to thank our sponsors. Without their generous contributions, time and effort, this would not have been possible,” said the MD of Aida, Denver Ramnath. He added that a collection comprising clothing, toys and food was collected for distribution to families in need.
