Highs will below average today, but more seasonable temperatures return tomorrow
We're in for another soggy, gloomy day, as high pressure stationed over Nova Scotia continues to funnel easterly winds into the Susquehanna Valley. Steady light rain will taper to showers and drizzle by late afternoon. Temperatures will hover in the 50s most of the day, hitting 60 degrees toward evening. Today's average high is 71 degrees. Tonight, areas of drizzle will linger under cloudy skies. Temperatures will hold steady in the upper 50s.
Clouds will hang tough, but most of the day will be dry, with warmer highs in the mid-70s. You may also notice it feels a bit stickier. The old boundary will linger to our south Tuesday, leading to a few more shower and thunderstorms. Temperatures remain above average, in the mid-70s. A warm front will lift north Wednesday, leading to the warmest temperatures of the week. Highs will soar to the mid-80s, and we can't rule out a few showers and storms, but most of the day will be dry.
