That’s who belongs in that tuxedo.” Powell may not be fit for the role, but his schedule is filling up fast with new projects, including the Hulu comedy “Chad Powers” and the Stephen King adaptation “The Running Man,” both out later this year. He also confirmed that he and his “Anyone But You” co-star Sydney Sweeney are “still talking” about making a sequel to the hit rom com.“That’s something I’d love to do,” he told THR. "But right now, I’m getting to be in film school, I’m getting to work with Linklater and Lee Isaac Chung and J.J. Abrams and Edgar Wright. I’m working with my heroes. "And what’s been really, really fun is — every set I’m on, I pick up things. Whenever that time comes, I’ll be much more prepared.”Amazon took over creative control of the franchise in February this year after initially requiring distribution rights in 2022. “Dune” director Denis Villeneuve is set to helm the next entry in the film, with casting still to be determined.
