Reigning state champion Reagan took a big step in defending their title with a 10-stroke victory at the Region IV-6A girls golf tournament. Meanwhile, Alamo Heights finished 1-2 in the team division.

The Rattlers carded a two-round 570 to beat second-place Austin Vandegrift. The Rattlers were led by the 2-3 individual finishes of Lydia Portlock and Marissa Loya . Vandegrift's Sydney Givens was the top medalist at 138. At the Region IV-5A championship, Alamo Heights finished 1-2 in the team division and Boerne Champion’s Savannah Dupre claimed the individual championship at Champion Lakes Golf Course in McAllen.
The Mules’ Blue team shot a two-round 600 to win by 27 shots. Alamo Heights Gold was second and Boerne Champion third .Dupre fired a two-round 137 to win the top medalist crown by four strokes over Smithson Valley’s Sayers Allen.
