They plan to wed next year, according to Buckingham Palace.
Princess Eugenie, 10th in line to the throne, wed Jack Brooksbank last October at a high-profile wedding that took place at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, the same chapel where Prince Harry and Meghan wed in May 2018.
