NSTnation Gerakan calls for all to respect King's decision to appoint Muhyiddin as PM
Gerakan president Datuk Dominic Lau Hoe Chai said he believed that the King had come to a decision for the betterment of the rakyat and Malaysia’s stability.
“Gerakan urges the people to give support to Muhyiddin and let him carry out duties that have been entrusted to him,” said Lau in a statement today. He gave several recommendations that can be implemented, such as a deferment extension for the monthly income tax instalments for the tourism sector from six months to nine months, and for the 15 per cent discount for electricity bills for airline companies, shopping and exhibition malls to be fixed at 30 per cent.
