A group of artists in North Carolina painted a 'Black Lives Matter' street mural on a busy road in Charlotte, similar to the one painted outside of the White House.

The incident, which was caught on video, took place on May 29 while D'Andraia was assigned to monitor a big crowd of protesters by Brooklyn's Barclays Center, prosecutors said.
