AI is everywhere. Unless you’re living off the grid, there’s a strong chance you hear about ChatGPT, OpenAI and generative AI regularly. New solutions, companies and conversations are popping up around AI because of its ability to democratize information in a way we haven’t seen since the Guttenberg Press.published earlier this year, I dove into how we were almost at the tipping point for AI to become mainstream and widely adopted.

AI without trust won’t succeed. It’s up to tech vendors to build a product centered on trust that users can rely on. Once there is a foundation of trust around AI-driven insights, it’s easier to scale, and users will be less hesitant about the adoption of AI. An easy way to address this conundrum is to give users visibility into the process by allowing them to view the source of the information the model is producing.

In addition to secure data practices, common pitfalls can be avoided with employee training and an AI review process to add safety measures to the distribution of AI-generated content.
