Over the weekend, the former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star filmed a video which she shared with her Instagram followers showing her post-partum 'rehab' so far. She could be seen deep in concentration as she rode an exercise bike in her and Gorka's home gym at their Greater Manchester abode. "I’m starting from scratch and my goal at the moment is just to rebuild my pelvic floor and close any Diastasis recti I’m not sure how wide my tummy gap is yet, I’ll find out on Wednesday after my mummy MOT.
