Begga and Chris Hall received four bills this year from TXTAG for trips they did not take.

GALVESTON, Texas — A Houston-area couple says they've been hit four times this year with"We live here on Galveston Island, I have never actually been on 99 ," Chris Hall, who got the first bill in January, said.

Bills followed in April, May, and July. They were small enough charges - $5, $10, $15 dollars that most people might not even notice if they don't check their bills closely. The strangest of the bills came when the Halls were on vacation in Iceland. They have the pictures to prove it, but it didn't stop them from getting charged."I get the same answer every time, 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience' and I ask, 'Why does this keep happening?' and they say, 'Sometimes we can't read the license plate.' How do you go from 'I can't read the license plate' to that bill ending up in our mailbox?" Begga Hall said.
