The Strong National Museum of Play is partnering with the American Dairy Association North East to create an immersive superhero training school and experience.

The pop-up experience allows children to wear a cape while taking on an obstacle course and games that simulate the acts of their favorite heroes — all while learning the importance of drinking a glass of milk.
The exhibit, which will remain open through Sunday, aims to unlock the superpower of strength and stamina to fuel growing kids. "It's really important to try and make fueling your body fun," said Abbey Copenhaver, a registered dietitian with the American Dairy Association."Helping them learn that dairy can help them grow big and strong while they're learning," Copenhaver continued. "There's that protein found in milk that's helpful for your muscles. There's calcium, which is helpful for growing those bones. And then of course for that cognitive support, we look at that B-12, iodine, again protein. So we're all about trying to help them learn that fueling your body can help you do those things that you love doing."
