During a heated session of First Minister's Questions, Deputy First Minister John Swinney lashed out at Conservative MSP Craig Hoy for disrupting proceedings with his shouting. Swinney demanded Hoy 'stop behaving badly' and listen to the Presiding Officer.
The First Minister slammed Craig Hoy as the Scottish Conservative chairman was shouting at him in Holyrood on Thursday afternoon.
It came during a feisty session in which Scottish Conservative leader Douglas Ross pressed Swinney on how many people would die due to Winter Fuel Payment cuts. Swinney said: "At the same time as we've got a budget cut of £160 million about Winter Fuel Payments, we're affording over £800m of additional costs to meet the cost of pay bills so that teachers and nurses and other members of the public services who are delivering vital services in our country..."
