A visitation for Arellano will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 720 S. Floyd Road in Richardson. A funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m.On Friday, a funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in El Paso. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Arellano was driving northbound on Spur 408 near West Kiest Boulevard just before midnight Tuesday when a sedan going the wrong way collided with him head-on. The crash knocked Arellano’s vehicle into another lane, where it was struck by a tractor-trailer.
