) - We’ve seen them fight fires. Tonight was an opportunity to connect with the men and women of Mobile Fire-Rescue. The big red trucks always a kid favorite!
They call it “Fridays at the Firehouse” -- Mobile Fire-Rescue giving the community a peek behind the bay doors here at Lathan Station. Draper Washington was getting a tour of the trucks he hopes to one day ride. The 19-year-old Grove Hill native -- just passed his agility test on Thursday -- the first step to becoming a Mobile firefigher.
