The commissioners said they were forced to approve because all of the requirements were met by the applicant. "This is where all the deer are that roam free there are 100-year-old trees they're going to tear down and they're going to build two-story townhouses right up against my window," Brown said. "These developments are here. They are coming. People have to live somewhere," said John O'Grady, Franklin County Commissioner.
