Franco along with a 40-year-old woman and 14-year-old girl, both from Wilkes-Barre, died in the crash Wednesday morning just north of the Northampton-Monroe county line. Four vehicles were hit when a tractor-trailer crossed over from Route 33 South into the northbound lanes of the highway between Saylorsburg and Route 209, according to investigators.
