A shooter opened fire at a Fordyce, Arkansas, grocery store Friday in a mass shooting that left two people dead and six others wounded, including a police officer, according to police. In a statement released Friday, Arkansas State police said the shooting happened at the Mad Butcher grocery store, but it's still unclear whether it happened inside the store or in the parking lot. A report from the Southeast Arkansas Times says a man entered the grocery store with a gun, prompting a "shootout" between the suspect and law enforcement. A police officer was hurt but is expected to be OK; the suspect was critically injured, police said. In all, 10 people were shot.
