Wednesday morning is set to see further heavy rain blast Yorkshire
Heavy rainfall is set to hit much of Yorkshire in the early hours of the morning, with the afternoon and evening experiencing some showers in some locations. While the afternoon will be drier, a number of flood warnings remain in place.
Most of the rain will take place between midnight and 9am, although the rain will continue in parts of North and East Yorkshire for longer. At this time, there will be between four and eight millimetres of rain an hour in some locations such as York and near to Huddersfield.
