It is business as usual at the Etihad ahead of their Champions League clash with Inter Milan despite the 115 charges hearing being underway this week
The hearing into Manchester City's 115 alleged breaches got underway on Monday and could go on for a number of weeks.
However, it remains business as usual for Pep Guardiola and Co, with the City boss determined to not let this get to his team. "No, we have been talking about that for three or four years," Guardiola himself said earlier this season when asked about the possible effect on his squad. "We know it is going to happen, we accept it and focus on our matches.
Particularly, the Rules require any employment contract a club has with a manager or player to be evidenced in writing and ensure that it is properly registered with the PL. It must also include the standard clauses set out in the PL Handbook. It is alleged that City has breached both Rules.The PL must ensure that its members comply with all regulations set out by UEFA, specifically, the regulations concerning Financial Fair Play .
