Summary The first Beetlejuice Beetlejuice clips reveals that Michael Keaton's ghost hasn't gotten over Lydia and Delia's art is still terrifying. Set 36 years after the events of the original film from 1998, the sequel finds the Deetz family returning home after an unexpected death, and Lydia's rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, accidentally reopens the portal to the afterlife, unleashing Betelgeuse once again.
The first clip reveals that Betelgeuse still hasn't gotten over Lydia and, in the second, Delia continues her pursuit of unconventional art forms. The third clip sees Theroux's character speaking Betelgeuse's name three times, transporting him and Lydia to the ghost's office, which he calls a "safe space."
The second clip focuses on the Deetz family, including Delia, who was a sculptor and conceptual artist in the original movie, with her bizarre, abstract sculptures coming to life during the film's climax. Years later, in the sequel, Delia continues to pursue unconventional art forms, attempting to perfect her "primal scream" for something called "the collective.
