The CBS2 First Alert Weather Team has issued a Red Alert as heavy rain and snow enter the Tri-State Area on Saturday.Showers start early this morning, with pockets of heavy rain possible through midday. Then, snow moves in. Several inches are possible north and west of New York City.The precipitation will wrap up in the late this afternoon. Then, we'll see a dramatic drop in temperatures with feels like temps in the teens and single digits by tonight.
