Though the TV series Firefly barely lasted a season, its story continues to be told via comics, with the latest exploring the past of fan-favorite character Zoë Alleyne. Before she joined the Serenity crew and married Wash, she was a Browncoat in the galactic war for independence.
The event also promises a team-up of Mal and Zoë during a bank heist, suggesting they've always been down for a bit of thievery. 1 Boom! Fans know she has been working with Mal since the war, continuing to call him "Captain," and respecting his decisions even in the wildest of circumstances.
