Highs will range from the upper 80s to low 90s over the next 10 days
Spotty showers moved through the Susquehanna Valley this morning under partly sunny skies. You'll notice it's warmer and more humid compared to yesterday. We'll see a mix of clouds and sunshine this afternoon. A few storms may pop in the heat of the day. All storms will produce brief, heavy rain, and isolated storms may produce damaging wind gusts. Here's the good news: storms will fizzle in most areas just in time for fireworks! 9 p.m. temperatures will be near 80 degrees.
That boundary lifts north Friday as a warm front, and it gets soupy around here! Dew points will climb to the low 70s, and highs will reach the low 90s. A few thunderstorms will be around in the afternoon and evening. Saturday will also be quite humid, before a cold front passes midday. Highs will reach the low 90s, and isolated thunderstorms are possible. It will still be hot Sunday, but you'll feel some relief from the high humidity. Dew points will fall to the low-to-mid 60s.
