MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — State Police inTroopers say it all started Tuesday morning when a caller relayed that they were following an SUV that was traveling North on PA-33. Troopers did not say why the caller was following the vehicle or what led them to call the police.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police and State Police located the vehicle in the parking lot at the Walmart Supercenter in Mount Pocono. There, they made contact with one suspect, Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, and one female victim who were inside the vehicle. A second female victim was then located exiting the store with a second suspect, identified by troopers as Davaun Carlon Jackson.

Troopers say that as they investigated, they determined that Jackson and Rogers-Keeney had abducted four females on Monday, ordering them to enter their vehicle. Troopers have not said the ages of the victims or where exactly this abduction took place. After they were forced into the vehicle, troopers say the suspects transported the victims to a property Jackson owns in Smithfield Township Monroe County. Troopers were not more specific on the location of the property.

Once there, Troopers say the victims were taken by Jackson into a shipping container. Troopers say three of the four victims were restrained with rope once inside the container and that Jackson threatened to kill them while holding multiple weapons.
