Students at a Farmington school have knitted more than 110 hats, inspired by their teacher, to help keep a contingent of senior citizens in Ecuador warm.

<p>FARMINGTON — A group of Farmington sixth-graders, motivated by their teacher, has taken up knitting to help keep a contingent of Ecuadorian senior citizens warm.
