The Everett Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for stabbing a 13-year-old boy on Thursday morning. The incident occurred near Broadway and 25th Street at approximately 8:00 a.m. According to police reports, the victim was walking to North Middle School when he was attacked by an adult male. Following the stabbing, the victim was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately six feet tall, last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and a yellow beanie.Officers from the Everett Police Department responded to the scene and initiated a search effort involving a K9 unit and a drone. However, despite these efforts, the suspect was not located. Authorities have released several photographs of the suspect in an attempt to gather information from the public.
