'My heart just goes out to the people that are in Building 10. My neighbors showed me a picture, and it's basically hollowed out,' Carrie Muraca said.

Muraca and hundreds of other residents of the Bexley at Silverado apartment complex were evacuated after the fire broke out. Residents at the nearby Whitestone Landing apartment complex were also evacuated."I was convinced there was gonna be damage," she said inside her home.
