Actress Eva Longoria discusses her efforts to support women and people of color in the entertainment industry and reveals her family is living out of California.
The actress was recently spotted at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills wearing a chic monochromatic off-white look that could easily have been pulled straight from a fashion magazine. Longoria wore a soft pale beige V-neck sweater tucked into a pair of cropped khaki pants. She added even more off-white tones to the look with a cream colored wool coat and a cream quilted Chanel handbag. Finally, she braved the chilly evening air with a pair of nude open-toed sandals.
Longoria has been reaching for her quietly luxury-coded pieces quite a lot lately. In October, Longoria traded in winter whites for autumnal caramels, stepping out in New York City in a coffee colored silk top paired with a deep brown midi skirt and brown suede boots. Her latest all-beige look once again makes the case for simplistic, elevated basics. However, the actress leaned into festive holiday dressing during the Red Sea International Film Festival 2024 in a shimmering gold gown, where she spoke about the importance helping women and people of color find success in the entertainment industry. “I really want to know how can I build pipeline of future talent so that when they go to the next job, they can say, 'I just worked with Eva Longoria’, and somebody goes, ‘Oh, great, now I’ll hire you,'' she said.'It’s about helping build the resumés of all of these talented women and all of these talented people of color, specifically for me, Latinos.' This came after the actress announced that she and her family—husband José Bastón and their 6-year-old son, Santiago—have been living out of her decision. “But even before , it was changing.
