Country star Eric Church announces makeup show for canceled AT&T Center concert Saturday
Eric Church, who canceled a Saturday concert at the AT&T Center, will play Whitewater Amphitheater in September.Country star Eric Church wants to make things right with his fans, whom he calls the choir. Church, who canceled his concert at the AT&T Center on Saturday so he could attend a NCAA basketball game, just informed ticket holders that he will be playing a makeup show just for them.
“Thank you San Antonio for letting me take my family to this game. It took a minute to figure out how and when I could properly express my thanks. I will be coming to Whitewater Amphitheater in New Braunfels, TX on Friday, September 2, 2022 for a ONE of a kind FREE show for those of you who bought tickets and were planning to attend our canceled San Antonio show. Details to be announced soon.
On Tuesday, North Carolina native and Tar Heels fan Church canceled the San Antonio stop on his “Gather Again Tour” so he could take his family to the North Caroline-Duke game in the NCAA men’s basketball Final Four in New Orleans.
