At Enterprise, Faulk, entering her senior year, has a career batting average of .249 with three homers, 43 runs batted in and 45 runs scored over 85 games.
David Mundee When talking about senior third baseman/catcher Lila Faulk, one trait rose to the top with Enterprise head softball coach Kate Stump.
“I feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders,” Faulk said. “I have been working my whole entire life to get to this point. That it is finally here is exciting and I feel relieved to sign officially.” Faulk will have some familiar faces around her at Montevallo, including current Rehobeth senior and Alabama Fury travel ball teammate Maddie Williams, who signed with Montevallo earlier in the week. The two will room together at the school.
“I committed there before she transferred and I do have friends there, but I knew when I stepped on campus that I wanted to go to Montevallo,” Faulk said.
