Staff Reports The Enterprise boys golf team finished in eighth place out of 22 teams at the Dumbwaiter Invitational in Loxley on Monday and Tuesday.Jon Ed Steed, a Vanderbilt signee, led Enterprise with a 71 on the first day and an 79 on the second day. Parker Trawick had rounds of 78 and 93 and Cooper Robley had scores of 86 and 84 on the two days.
Steed recorded a two-day 147 total after rounds of 72 and 75. He earned all-tournament team honors. Luke Thornton followed with a 154 total with scores of 74 and 80. Robley had rounds of 77 and 82 for a final 159 and Trawick carded a 162 after rounds of 77 and 85. Jerryn Tindol had rounds of 96 and 89 at the tournament.The Enterprise junior varsity boys golf team won the JV Division at an Elba meet on Feb. 21, the Enterprise Country Club on Feb. 28 and at the Elba Country Club on March 6.
