Elon Musk broke the law with a tweet about Tesla stock options, court rules
"Nothing stopping Tesla team at our car plant from voting union. Could do so tmrw if they wanted. But why pay union dues & give up stock options for nothing? Our safety record is 2X better than when plant wasTesla argued that because Musk said there was nothing stopping Tesla workers joining a union, it couldn't be regarded as a threat.
