Eliza Humphreys, M.D., MPH, is an experienced pediatrician, parent coach, and parent.
is a board-certified pediatrician, certified coach, and founder of Eliza Humphreys MD, LLC. Eliza attended the University of California, San Francisco for medical school and residency training in General Pediatrics.
She went on to obtain a Master's of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and also completed residency training in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. She has been in practice for over two decades as a general pediatrician and, more recently, served as Medical Director of the Newborn Nursery at her local hospital. Eliza now devotes her time to working with parents as a parent coach, writing, and teaching. She is certified as a life coach from the Life Coach School, Jai Institute for Parenting, and a master coach trained as a Trauma-Informed Professional Coach through Lodestar . Eliza's approach is grounded in a mindful self-compassion orientation.
