A rape suspect and the 10th most wanted person of Eastwood Police Station in Quezon City has been arrested in Cupang, Antipolo City, police said.
The QCPD said Deloso has a pending arrest warrant for rape with no bail recommended issued by the Presiding Judge Joanne Gironella-Gastrock of Antipolo City Trial Court Branch 98.
Gen. Nicolas D. Torre III said in a statement.
