A person died after shots were fired in the East Village neighborhood of San Diego on Sunday afternoon, according to San Diego police.
A 43-year-old man died after shots were fired in the East Village neighborhood of San Diego on Sunday afternoon, according to San Diego police.
Upon arrival, officers found the man down on the sidewalk in front of an apartment building, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The shooter is still outstanding, police said. Officers describe him only as a man in dark clothing driving a silver or grey sedan.San Diego Police Homicide Detectives have taken over the investigation.
The suspect approached that group and shot the victim multiple times, according to SDPD Lt. Jud Campbell.
