An East Cleveland man says his apartment complex is infested with black mold and a scourge of mice — which is now making him sick.
EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio -
“It’s not fit for human consumption,” said Collins. “Even though you have your own apartment, you’re still walking into the hallways where you smell this coming through the doorways.” “They must be talking to each other because they come from that area and go around that way,” said Collins, pointing towards his kitchen. “They go past the trap.”
The person in the front office told us someone would meet with us on-site. Within 20-minutes, Operations Manager Lindsay Hogan arrived.
