On Tuesday, East Central High School honored four student-athletes who signed their letters of intent to compete at the collegiate level.

“It’s really exciting; I’ve been dreaming of this day since the first day I came to high school,” Medrano-Sanchez said. “I wasn’t thinking to go and play soccer in college,” said Melendez. “But, I guess the passion, and God sent the opportunity for me, and I took it.” “College is something that I’ve always been very set on and that I want to go. I want to continue to further my education,” expressed Quintero.
