Filipinos are now fed up with failed promises,' Duterte said.He also said that he aimed to join the campaign, especially in the bailiwicks of Marcos in Laoag and the bailiwick of his former vice president, Leni Robredo, in Bicol, as well as in Cebu, and Zamboanga.
