The presence of police appeared to break up the gathering as most retreated to their vehicles and left the area. There was no evidence of alcohol use.A resident reported Sept. 25 that someone fraudulently opened a PayPal credit card in her name and the account had a balance of $3,508 that dated back to 2021.Her attorney is investigating.A California woman, 51, refused to pay her bill at the Holiday Inn Sept. 25.
