Impaired driving:
The caller said the red Dodge Ram driven by a male was “all over the road” and was “abruptly stopping.” He further suggested the crash happened because the truck was malfunctioning. Despite heading away from his home, the North Royalton resident said he was headed to his house.That’s when he got angry and yelled he just had an OVI and didn’t need another one.
