Police on the scene after a DOT vehicle struck and decapitated a pedestrian in Brooklyn
The man was on his knees and at times hunched over in grief on a Brooklyn street as cops and a bystander tried to comfort him, according to a video that emerged on the social media account NYC Scoop.The unidentified driver, who was wearing a bright yellow vest, was behind the wheel of a city Department of Transportation truck when he allegedly mowed down the 86-year-old man, whom sources identified as Antonio Conigliaro.
