A 23-year-old man from Millersburg, Moises Cruz, died after crashing into multiple vehicles, including a police cruiser, while driving a stolen vehicle. The incident occurred at the intersection of Walnut Street and Locust Lane around 12:30 p.m. on February 8th. Authorities stated that Cruz was speeding and ran a red light before the crash.
The 23-year-old man who died after running a red light into a busy intersection and crashing into multiple vehicles, including a police cruiser, over the weekend was driving a stolen vehicle, according to authorities.
Moises Cruz, of Millersburg, died at the scene after the incident at the intersection of Walnut Street and Locust Lane around 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo said it was a coincidence that a Susquehanna Township police vehicle was among the vehicles struck in the crash.
