SAN ANTONIO — A 22-year-old woman crashed her car into a house off Babcock Road on Chedder Drive just before 3 a.m. Sunday, catching the car on fire, according to the San Antonio Police Department. According to the SAPD’s report, the driver of a gray sedan was traveling exceedingly fast on Babcock Road before crashing into the side of a residence on Chedder Drive on the city’s Northwest side. The car caught on fire temporarily, but it was put out quickly by the San Antonio Fire Department.
There was extensive damage to the house and the car, along with two electricity poles, a chain link fence of a separate property and a VIA bus stop bench. The passenger was taken to a local hospital as a precaution. The home occupants were not injured in the [email protected]
